One of the senior most stunt master and action directors Tiger Madhu died of dengue fever on Monday morning at St John’s Hospital in Bengaluru. He was 41. He leaves behind wife, two children and a handicap brother.

Tiger Madhu got the tag of ‘Tiger’ from Tiger Prabhakar way back in 1990. We worked as fight master for over 350 films and he was found and Tiger Madhu even trained Vinod Prabhakar, son of Tiger Prabhakar for sometimes.

As an independent action director he worked for over 80 films and he made a beginning from ‘Halli Meshtru’ according to Mukunda Rao, secretary of the stunt directors association. A few of the films Tiger Madhu worked are Circus, Tsunami, Sithara, Police Story-3, Onake Obbavva etc.Tiger Madhu was recognized as a humble and tough action director.

Thriller Manju who worked with a number of films with Tiger Madhu was very emotional after hearing the demise of his colleague.

At the media briefing of Thriller Manju’s ‘Rana Pratap’ a minute of silence was observed at Billiards Club.
